My Story
Hi, I’m Tina, a Registered Dietitian who’s been where you are. After struggling with IBS and binge eating myself, I understand the challenges of finding balance with food and taking control of your health.
My journey led me to study both psychology and clinical dietetics, which I later specialized in IBS management, eating disorder recovery, and behavior change psychology.
